All content, features, and functionality on Social Night City, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), are owned by Social Night City or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use the platform for its intended purpose.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or loss of access
